Wow, Jay blew Lubka (my other half) and I away with his awesome knowledge, we have learnt a fair few ‘tricks of the trade’ since buying our first pizza oven three and a half years ago but boy is this man a guru or what? Needless to say that the oven for our new pizza restaurant will be a Bushman one, why go anywhere else when you get the full package here? Suffice it to say we haven’t stopped talking about it since we got back. Cheers, Jay! Fast forward to 2020 ..we purchased wood/gas combo oven made from scratch from Jay for our business …let me tell you guys we had to deal with a lot of issues with premises and layout, having to find a commercial gas engineer to carry out the work to be able to comply with all requirements and regulations ..we had some right ….. (troubles)…at some point we thought this will never happen

and we felt defeated but let me tell you Jay was there every step of the way
and helped us.
Now that was back in January/February 2020 since then we have opened our pizza business in new premises and have been so busy even throughout this Covid pandemic as we offer delivery service. If you guys thinking of buying an oven whether it’s for your home or for your business, do yourself a big favour and look no further, get in touch with Jay as I can guarantee you he won’t let you down (his knowledge is INCREDIBLE) and he won’t let you sink if things get complicated. After only 5 weeks, this week my weekly revenue from pizzas from my Dingley Dell wood-fired oven, exceeded the TOTAL COST of the oven and Total Installation Costs. It has also generated higher revenue than ‘Booze’. We are selling in excess of 60+ pizzas (per day and increasing) with a GP in excess of 80%.
