I first came across Jay when I was researching to purchase a woodfire oven for a new food truck business I was looking to launch. As a complete novice in this area, I was both surprised and delighted when he invited me up to his workshop for a consultation meeting. What I learned in the hour we spent together (without any obligation to buy I hasten to add) began the extraordinary and very unique experience of working with Jay and Bushman. Having explained my vision, Jay quickly put me on track to achieve my aims and throughout the process, he was always there to help, reassure and advise. He always called me back and was the first to give his honest and upfront view on the way my plans were shaping up.

Eventually I not only bought a beautiful oven from him but I asked him to convert my van’s interior which I have to say I could not be more happy with. From the start to the end of the process, he and the team were superb, sharing their experience and knowledge along the way to ensure I got exactly what I need to give my business the best chance of success.

12 months on I have established my business and we now cater for weddings, festivals, fairs, private celebrations and beyond. Even during this period, the after-service has been amazing, with Jay always on hand to answer teething questions and help in any way possible. There is simply no one with his depth of knowledge out there. What he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing!

If you want the best oven on the market, look no further. It has been the star performer since its launch. If you want this together with a textbook of experience on hand at any time of the day, then I cannot recommend Bushman enough. If you want peace of mind and a return on your investment, then Bushman is the smart choice
